Dr. Paul Halpern is a member of Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity. VOSH sponsors eyecare missions to third world countries where the people have no organized healthcare. Dr. Halpern has travelled to Haiti twice over the last year with other VOSH doctors to take eyecare to the Haitians who would otherwise have no care.
