PAUL D. HALPERN, O.D.

Dr. Halpern attended The Pennsylvania State University and The Pennsylvania College of Optometry and earned B.S. and O.D. degrees. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps and served as president of The Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He has been in practice in Norristown for more than 30 years. His practice includes all aspects of family eye care and includes the treatment of eye disease, glaucoma, and the management of refractive and cataract surgery. He specializes in the fitting of all types of contact lenses.
